Benefit: something that promotes well-being, useful aid
Commitment: something pledged, the state or an instance of being obligated or emotionally impelled to a cause, an agreement or pledge to do something in the future
Community Involvement: is the process of engaging people in the local area with your organisation and development.
Community Service: services volunteered by individuals or an organization to benefit a community or its institutions, similar work performed by law offenders to serve a sentence in lieu of or in addition to jail time
Dedication: self-sacrificing devotion,a devoting or setting aside for a particular purpose
Organization:A structure through which individuals cooperate systematically to conduct business association (usually charitable), A group of persons organized for a particular purpose; an association
Self-Development: efforts toward self-fulfillment, either through formal study programs or on one's own
Skill: the ability to use one's knowledge effectively and readily in execution or performance, dexterity or coordination esp. in the execution of learned physical tasks, a developed aptitude or ability
Teamwork: work done by several associates with each doing a part but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole
Volunteerism: the act or practice of doing volunteer work in community service
